Deliverables
This deliverable is part of Work Package 1: Coordination and governance, which aims to establish the project-internal bodies and management team and to set up external monitoring structures ensuring ethical and scientific oversight. The deliverable confirms that internal and external bodies have been established and decision-making processes are defined. Work contracts for internal bodies and NDAs for external members are in place.
Within Deliverable 3.2, various use cases and scenarios are used to illustrate the perspective functional and evaluation possibilities of Sandman.ICU (a digital app to be developed during the project ENVISION) and the artificial intelligence (AI) behind it.
This deliverable is part of Work Package 4 (WP4), Task 4.2: Sandman.IC user guide and trainings material and it describes which work packages have been defined and implemented to ensure the correct functional handling and data collection through Sandman.IC at all clinical partners with the correct provision of training materials.
The goal of this Health Technology Assessment Plan is to provide a strategy and define methods to estimate health gains and (saved) costs related to the implementation of the Sandman ICU. In this assessment plan, an elaborate overview of the current literature on COVID-19 and ICU patients is presented.
This deliverable is part of Work Package 4 (WP4), Task 4.2: Sandman.IC user guide and trainings material and it describes which work packages have been defined and implemented to ensure the correct functional handling and data collection through Sandman.IC at all clinical partners with the correct provision of training materials.
The purpose of the deliverable D5.4 is to discuss the ethical, societal, legal and psychological aspects of the project ENVISION.
This deliverable is part of Work Package (WP) 6, Task 6.2: Cross-media communication and outreach as described in the Description of Action (DoA). This deliverable explains how the ENVISION website has been set up to provide a platform to make public information regarding the project available to all stakeholders. It gives details on the tools used to develop the website, illustrates its structure and purpose and describes its outlook.
The purpose of the deliverable is to set up an Outreach Plan outlining the communication and dissemination strategy for the envision project. The deliverable specifies objectives for the different activities planned, the target groups and the tools and channels to be used to reach the targeted audience.
This deliverable D6.3 eLearning materials is part of Work Package 6 (WP6), Task 6.2: Cross-media communication and outreach and it explains which of the training materials that were developed as part of an earlier deliverable (D4.2), are now available electronically and using what platforms.
The aim of D6.7 Final Event was to disseminate the scientific and technological results to the scientific community and healthcare stakeholders at a specific meeting near the end of the ENVISION project timelines. This was successfully completed on 24 January 2023 in Brussels, Belgium and was attended both in-person and also remotely.
